Do you warranty your work?
Yes. We carry a lifetime workmanship warranty, which covers the installation itself: if something we did fails, we come back and put it right. The shingles are covered separately by their manufacturer, Owens Corning or IKO, under that manufacturer’s own warranty. Ask us for the terms in writing before you sign anything, from us or from anyone else.
Do you help with the insurance claim?
Yes. After a free inspection we document the damage in detail, meet your adjuster on site, and walk you through every step so you understand what is covered and why. The claim stays yours to file, which is how Texas requires it, and you are never doing the paperwork without someone who reads these policies every week.
How do I get a free inspection?

What areas do you serve?
We are based in Plano and work across North Texas, including Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Melissa, Anna, Richardson and the surrounding cities. If your town is not listed, reach out anyway.
What are Class 4 shingles and are they worth it?
Class 4 shingles are impact-resistant and built to stand up to hail. Many insurers offer a premium discount for installing them. We help you weigh the cost against the protection and savings.
Do you only do roofs?
Roofing is most of what we do. We also handle gutters and fencing, which often take the same hit in a hail storm as the roof does, along with insurance-related repairs and custom construction projects. Ask when we come out and we will tell you straight whether it is worth doing together.
Our Plano Office
Based in Plano, on West Parker Road.
Peoples Construction works out of Suite 205 in Parker Office Plaza, on West Parker Road in Plano. From there we roof across 14 communities, from Plano itself up to Melissa and Anna. Someone answers the phone from 7 AM to 9 PM, every day.
Reroofing, insurance claims, roof repair and Class 4 roofing all run out of this office. The same handful of people work every job, so you will know who is coming and who to call afterwards. Homeowners name them by name in their reviews.
